Boys Hurling
Hurling training for the Cumann na mBunscol teams started recently as preparations begin for this year’s competition. Mr Mc Evoy will be coaching the 5th and 6th Class boys as they try to improve on last year’s disappointment of losing out at the semi-final stage. The boys have a tough campaign ahead of them as they face off against stiff opposition. The fixtures are outlined below:
Ballacolla
Clonaghadoo
Gaelscoil Slí Dála
Gaelscoil Tromaire
Mr Mc Evoy is hoping that they can get one or two challenge matches played ahead of the first game which is fixed for the second week after the Easter holidays. While the Cumann na mBunscol competitions are taking place, there will be training for 2nd, 3rd and 4th Classes as we look to develop our skills and knowledge of the game.
